Thomas Lawson Raymond, Sr. of Danbury formerly of Wilton and Bethel, beloved husband of Victoria (Peterson) Raymond passed away Wednesday, January 21st of Lewy Body Dementia at the age of 71. Tom was born in New Britain to the late Sherwood & Grace (Goldsborough) Raymond. He worked at Pepperidge Farm for almost 30 years as a Quality Control Manager and Regency Limousine in Wilton until his illness. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, boating, island vacations and most of all, trips to the casino. He was a member of the St. Ann Club in Norwalk and volunteered often. He is also a member of the Danbury Elks and once voted as Elk of the Year. In addition to his wife Vicki of 50 years, he is survived by a son, Thomas Raymond Jr. and wife Gail of New Milford and daughter Kelly and husband Dennis Beckham of Danbury. A brother Richard Raymond and wife Eve of Westport and sister Marcy and husband Mark Goodwin of Bethel, Brother-In-Law, Jack Peterson and wife Therese of Wilton, four grandchildren, Christopher and Tommy Raymond, III of New Milford and Victoria and Steven Beckham of Danbury and nieces, nephews and friends. Arrangements include calling hours from 6 to 9 pm at The Bouton Funeral Home, 31 West Church Street, Georgetown, CT Friday January 23, 2015 (today). A Mass of Christian Burial will Be celebrated on Saturday at 10 am in Sacred Heart Church, 30 Church Street, Georgetown. All should go directly to the church
