Kristyann Marcello, age 66 of Wilton, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on June 4, 2019 at Regional Hospice and Palliative Care in Danbury. She was the widow of James Marcello.

Born in Brooklyn, New York on December 5, 1952 she was a daughter of the late Louis and Dolores Gallagher Shagi. Kristyann enjoyed her book club, hosting friends and family for the holidays, cooking and entertaining. She had a great sense of humor and loved to make people laugh.

She is survived by her brother Louis Shagi, sisters Katrina Buono and Valerie Farrell, nieces and nephews Robert Miller, Zachary Shagi, Kerriann Farrell, Tyler Shagi, Michael Shagi, Chris Farrell, Douglas Miller, Chelsea Shagi, Brenden Shagi and a great niece Charlotte Eve Miller.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Kristyann on Tuesday June 11, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church, 229 Danbury Rd. Wilton CT 06897. There will be no calling hours. Entombment will take place on Wednesday June 12, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. at Pinelawn Memorial Park, 2030 Wellwood Ave. Farmingdale NY 11735.
