Jeannine A. Reddy, 95, of Weston, CT passed away after a short illness on February, 18, 2026.  She was born in Montclair, NJ, the only child of August and Aleith Coralee Aichele. She grew up in Bloomfield, NJ and was a 1948 graduate of Bloomfield High School in Bloomfield NJ, and in 1952 graduated from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA with a BA in Home Economics.. She married her husband, Thomas Anthony Reddy Jr. of Brooklyn, NY in July of 1953. They were married for 48 years when he passed in 2001.

Jeannine lived in Bloomfield and Upper Montclair, NJ up to 1983. After she graduated from college until her eldest child was born, she worked at Bell Labs in Murray Hills, NJ in the Math department. She was a homemaker while raising her three children. During those years, she was a Girl Scout Troop Cookie Chairmen and a Neighborhood Cookie Chairman. She was also active in the local American Association of University Women {AAUW}, where she was heavily involved with their annual book sales. Once her eldest child started college, Jeannine worked as a sales associate at Hahne's Department store in Montclair, NJ, from 1973 to 1983.

Jeannine moved to Weston, CT in 1983. She was a member of the Women's Club of Weston and also their Garden Club. She enjoyed gardening, reading, and watching the local birds and wildlife.

Jeannine is survived by her three children, Eileen Reddy of Manchester, NH, Donna Staton of Bloomfield, NJ and Kevin Reddy of Weston, CT.

Visitation will be at Bouton Funeral Home, 31 West Church Street, Georgetown, CT, Wednesday, February 25th from 10:30 -11:30 with a short service immediately afterwards. Interment at Assumption Cemetery, Westport, CT.
