Robert Christopher Minor of Redding, CT passed away peacefully at home on September 16th at the age of 71. He was surrounded in love by his family.

Chris was born to Mary Elizabeth and Dr. James Vincent Minor II on June 16th, 1954. He was born and raised in Norwalk, CT and grew up with his five brothers and four sisters, whom he shared countless adventures and happy memories. Chris was a graduate of the Taft School, Fairfield University and received his MBA from the University of Connecticut. He had a long and successful career in finance and as a CPA. Chris was an avid gardener, reader, runner and story teller. He instilled a love of music and sports in his children and loved going to concerts and games with them.  Most of all,  Chris cherished his family and loved being a husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle.

He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Donna, his father in law Ralph Sisk of Southbury, CT, his children Lauren of Redding, CT,  Paul (Dana) of Lovettesville, VA,  Greg (Deirdre) of Bethel, CT and his beloved grandchildren Violet, Tham, Gracie and Christopher.

A funeral mass at St. Patrick's in Redding will be held at 11am on Friday, September 26th. All are welcome.
