Arthur J. Ramous Sr. age 84, passed away on February 22, 2016 in Norwalk Hospital.  Arthur was born in Brooklyn, NY on July 31, 1931 to Arthur Ramous and Mary Gennaro Ramous.  He served in the U. S. Army during WWII.  He earned a Masters Degree in Engineering and became a College Professor, residing in West Redding, CT with his wife Olga Petschaver Ramous to whom he was married to for 58 years.

In addition to being survived by his beloved wife Olga Ramous, Arthur is survived by his  children, Arthur J. Ramous Jr., Donna M. Ramous, John D. Ramous and grandchildren, Christina Ramous, Angela Ramous, Jonathan Ramous, Luke Ramous, William Ramous and Caroline Ramous.  Arthur is also survived by his sister Lolita Perez and was predeceased by his brother Eddie Ramous.

Funeral Services for Arthur will take place on Friday, February 26, 2016 at 11:00 am in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church 30 Church Street Redding, CT 06896.  Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
