Anna Wilson age 87, the beloved wife of the late Vincent Wilson, passed away in her residence in Norwalk, Connecticut on February 10, 2016.  Anna was born on December 14, 1928 in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of Salvatore Iorio and Luisa Beccarria Iorio.

Surviving Anna are her four children Jeanne Wilson, Catherine Wilson, daughter-in-law, Michael Wilson and his spouse, Teresa Wilson, Lisa Wilson, Mary Wilson and her spouse Danielle Schmelkin.  Also surviving Anna are her grandchildren, Megan Wilson, Michael V. Wilson, Danielle Wilson, Daniel Wilson, Nicole Wilson, Gabriella Schmelkin-Wilson, Noah Schmelkin-Wilson and Lucas Schmelkin-Wilson.  She is also survived by her sister Nancy LaValle.  She was predeceased by her eldest son Daniel Wilson.  Anna was also predeceased by her brothers, Daniel Iorio, John Iorio and Frank Iorio.  She was also predeceased by her sisters, Antoinette Tallarico, Mary Russo and Louise Hinch.

The Wilson family will receive friends on Monday, February 15, 2016 during the hours of 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Bouton Funeral Home, 31 W. Church Street, Georgetown, CT 06829.

Funeral Services for Anna will take place at 10:30 am on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at Sacred Heart Church, 30 Church Street, Redding, CT 06896.  Interment will follow at St. Mary's/Putnam Cemetery, 399 North Street Greenwich CT.
