Alice F. Mueller age 107 passed away Saturday April 11, 2020 at Ridge Crest at Meadow Ridge in Redding.

Born in Boston, Massachusetts in 1912, Alice was the daughter of H.L. and Sarah J. McKay. Her husband D.W. Mueller died in 2003 at Meadow Ridge. Alice was very active at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in New Canaan and with the St. Audrey's Sewing Group. For over 50 years she did crewel embroidery and donated many pieces through the New Canaan Sewing Group for their annual spring and holiday sales. Alice was an avid New York Yankee fan and attended games at the Stadium and Fenway Park into her 90s. As a young girl, her father took her to see Babe Ruth. In her later years, Alice enjoyed watching PGA golf tournaments and always attended the Westchester Golf Classic in Harrison, NY.

She was pre-deceased by her sisters Mary Nemetz, Ruth Masson and Edith Nelson. She is survived by her son, D Ellis Mueller of Portsmouth, New Hampshire; nieces Marilyn Connelly of Plantation, Florida, Carolyn Feneck of Temecula, California, Ann Nemetz of Old Greenwich; and nephew Tom Mueller of Fort Myers, Florida.

A memorial service at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in New Canaan will be held at a later date.
